With land acquisition, entitlements, and eight years of planning complete, Holliday Development is preparing to break ground on major infrastructure improvements and the first blocks of development. Sage Land Surveying has been retained by Eastern Sierra Engineering and Holiday Development to perform Boundary Resolution, Base Mapping, Right of Way Delineation, Easement Descriptions, Title Research to facilitate in the beginning stages of this project.

Construction began in 2014 and is ongoing.
